Andrea studied photography at the University of Maryland. Her love of architecture happened while learning to use a 4x5 camera photographing buildings in downtown Baltimore. After graduating, she was an assistant to several photographers. Soon she was working for Ryland Homes traveling across the U.S. photographing their model homes. Her other clients included The Jones Group, an advertising agency, The Strutt Group and Hendersen Webb both home builders, Legg Mason Investments, Chesapeake Surveys Inc, and MS Interiors.

Moving to Houston in 1994, she has continued her career in photography. Working for over 20 clients in the building industry, including commercial and home builders, architects, interior designers and advertising agencies. Her expertise has landed her jobs with Trendmaker Homes, D.R. Horton, Lennar Homes, Ryland Homes, D.E. Shaw Investments, Trammell Crow, The Phillips Advertising Agency, United Scaffolding, and numerous architects and designers. Andrea has also donated her time photographing for the Kidney Foundation of Houston and the Habitat for Humanity.
