FTP = File Transfer Protocol 

FTP Purpose
This FTP location has been set up so that our clients can safely transfer large digital photographic and graphic files to and from AGP. This allows our clients to get the full digital quality from our photographs.

No Software Required

 You may simply use your Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator browser to upload your files into the FTP location with a copy and paste or drag and drop method.


User Name & Password Required

 Contact us to sign up. You will be given a user name and password to access our ftp site and file directory.


 
     Procedure

Simple Process:

1. Obtain a User Name and Password from us.

2. Turn off your pop up blocker.

3. Click here to be directed to the FTP site login or copy and paste this link into a web browser ftp://andreagrove.us (if the message "this page can not be displayed" comes up, hit the refresh button on your toolbar).  

4. Use your user name and password to login.

5. Within the FTP site you will see a folder with your name or company name.

6. Copy and paste or drag and drop your files from your folder to your desktop. Please do not touch any other file in this site.

7. Close the FTP browser.

8. You now have your digital files in it's full digital format.
